that is not what the big nickle was, what Shurmur did with Rams and Cards.
When Rams are in a 4-3, THEN it could be a Big nickel, with Barron as a LBer
In Nickel it was not, as the writer says a 4-2-5 with one of the "2" being Barron.
Rams did that when Spags was here, a 4-2-5 with Dahl one of the "2"
Nice try by author, but he didn't get facts right
I use to hate that alignment Spags ran with Dahl for teams would run the ball down that looks throat.
The Rams gave up over 5.5ypc in that look.
Dahl was a waste in both coverage and run support.
