Keenum was always the man. It was never a true competition.
Goff still may start at some point this season and then again he may not because Keenum and the Rams are winning games.
I personally would not want to remove Keenum or any QB who is part of a winning team for the purpose of starting the number one pick.
Winning is what this is all about.
