as much as I am about the coach, assistants, personnel, scheme and playcalling. Put Goff just about anywhere else and he'd be ready to start or at least look like he's ready to challenge for the job.
Tennessee and Tampa Bay, among others, somehow got their rookie QB's prepared enough to at least be on the field and start their learning curve. That's why I'm aggravated. I don't see any reason why Goff couldn't be on the field right now instead of being a 3rd stringer.
