Thanks for the reply. Firstly, the OL should get better like you say, i didn't mean to imply that. To me they needed a center. Tim Barnes is a decent player for depth and the coaching staff likes him, but the truth is he just isn't very good IMO. I seen some compare him to Doug Smith, which is a slap in the face to Doug, who was a stalwart for many years as u know.
The receivers are the same guys we have seen out there for 4 years now. What will be different? Britt is a bonehead that did just enough to get another contract. He doesn't take plays off, he takes games off. Austin is OK but isn't a very good WR. Cooper will be an upgrade and Spruce looks like a player but how soon will they contribute? Kendricks I've always liked, but he is underutilized IMO. Will that change? Higbee looked good against Dallas then disappeared. Hemingway is a freak but he will need time to develop.
I see a rebuild year, not a playoff run. I want to be wrong so bad but i see a 5-6 win team. A strong defense and running game will only get you so far.
