Heck, he goes over football plays at home with his wife! Now that's dedication I truely admire.
Not trying to turn this thread elsewhere....but....I saw something like this mentioned the other day and did respond (my time was limited). That story about Jared being on the phone right as Coach Wenke walked into the meeting room, is subtle but really telling:
How truly dedicated is he?
Does he really know how to be a professional QB?
I have heard/read stories how a rookie was groomed by a vet. The vet "showed" the young player how to truely be a professional player. I, as others (I'm sure there are others), expect these young men to come in and act like Peyton Manning. That may be an unfair expectation. Does Jared know how to review film? Does he work with the QB coach and others after practice?
I hope young Mr. Goff wants to be great, but doesn't know how to get there right now.
