The TV announcers (mostly Faulk) mentioned that on at least one play that one or the other WR ran the wrong route, since they were both within a few yards of each other when the pass was thrown.
Faulk also mentioned at least once that the middle of the field was not being attacked even though it was wide open.
Faulk also mentioned that the QB should have changed the play at the LOS when he saw the D to better help his WR's opportunities.
IOW, there was blame to go around with play calling, QB, and WR route running. Our passing game is clearly still a work in progress. Lol.
