He is not trying to fast track anyone.
This offense has had some flux every year

New Starting RB
New OC
New O assistants
No continuity and the product shows.
Yes we can judge Geoff on his production in PS and say he is not ready for NFL but if a team really wants a talent like his to succeed they accelerate their success by adjusting and growing the offense around their strengths. We have not seen that. Just fundamental rudimentary stuff and that leaves the QB at a somewhat disadvantage versus fan expectations.
I have tempered those expectations for when I either see Jared Geoff on the field or when he is put in a position that suites him and allows him to develop.
We have seen flashes and accuracy and poise we have seen mistakes but what of that annuls his clear talent none of that. What hinders his performance are clear. Some coaching and a lot personnel.
