When I read stlramz game report the other day.
He noticed GRob laughing and dancing on the sideline during the Chiefs game.
That told me all I needed to know about GRob's confidence and state of mind.
Thank you, LeCharles Bentley!
Now, in fairness to coach Boo, Bentley was not restricted by these insane CBA restrictions that are currently in effect.
I'm still a huge coach Boo fan. Just look what he did last year with a virtual revolving door rookie OL.

GRob improved in those last 5 games.
Garrett Reynolds played far better than anyone had expected.
Barnes' play took a nice step up.
I mean, that's some "real fine" coaching, if you ask me.
It wasnt just Bentley. The main person to thank for GR coming through is GR.
He himself said the issue was him not putting in the extra time to study opponents.
Because of that he would look confused on certain plays, which then would come across as being mixed up in terms of technique. The issue though was often just recognition.
He improved when he decided to fix that.

GRob making the decision to improve was the first step, zn.
But I understand that part of Bentley's program involved learning HOW to study an opponent. Just staring at a screen can help only so much unless you know what to look for. Kinda like staring at a printed page when you don't yet know how to read.
And it was Bentley that polished GRob's technique and bolstered his confidence. Simply invaluable. And undeniable.
No disrespect to coach Boo, mind you. But GRob appears to be a new player after his time with Bentley.
