IMO. Case is nothing more than a journeyman QB. Your typical game manager. He can win some games but he'll never take you on a deep playoff run. Teams know he has a noodle arm and will design defenses to take away what he's physically able to do. I'm sorry, he just doesn't impress me. He's a great guy, great teammate, but nothing close to an elite QB or someone who can win in the playoffs.
This is what I'm saying: I don't think a guy who can throw a 60-yd ball w/out really stepping into the throw has a "noodle arm." Point being, I think there're very few throws he physically cannot make.
Whether he's a "journeyman" or not is a different, but related issue.
