Sorry-we differ widely on this. Colleges have a "responsibility" to educate their students not to make them into professional football players. If it were otherwise based on the number of athletes in college that don't make it in the professional leagues their failure rate would be intolerable. A college or university has an obligation to provide to its school athletes an access to an education outside and beyond professional sports. If the athlete chooses to throw that away that's his call but the schools do not have an "obligation" to turn that student into a competent professional quarterback.I can't see any point in going further on this-at least for me.
