The team is staying at an apartment community on campus and some of those apartments are a pretty good distance from the practice field, hence the additional transportation to get there, i.e., bicycles, golf carts, etc. Most of the golf carts can haul 4-5 people. That thing Britt was driving was a go-cart, not a golf cart. It had harness-type seat belts, but neither Britt or Quick was wearing them when it toppled over. If it has seat belts, they should be required to wear them. They're there for a reason.
On a side note: Did anyone notice that in the scene showing Fisher addressing the team about being careful, Britt was the only one in the audience not wearing a shirt? It just looked odd.
Well, lets just be glad Britt decided to play football for a living
instead of being an airplane pilot.
Being a sports fan in the internet-age is so exciting.
I remember a time, back before the internet,
that i never would have known, that the Rams didn't believe in dinosaurs,
and they did believe in mermaids, and they drove go-carts recklessly to the practice field.
When is the first game. Let it be soon.
