With stunts like this with the golf cart....there is no planning. When asked why they did it....the response is typiocally "I don't know". Because it is something that is just done in the spur of the moment. Just a bad decision.
I know.
I was talking about some fans trying the "microcosm of the entire regime" routine with that incident.....
