Very unusual for the rams. Maybe turned a corner? Especially interesting as there are so many players not used to the NFL - game one should be sloppy but in terms of lining up and not getting flagged the rams did well.

Special teams - was Reynolds at fault on the opening TD. Clearly he did not make the tackle, but who else did not do well? Marquez and Cody Davis get blocked out of the play. Cunningham, Bryant and Lynch were tied up by blockers and were unable to even do anything before Whitehead is by them.

Marquez made it up on the punt to the goal line, throwing the ball back into the field of play, but Reynolds stepped on the goal line while touching the ball leading to a touchback.

Not helpful for Reynolds if he is counting on making the squad as a ST demon.
