I've been to two days of Rams camp this summer and I attended the Family Day this past Saturday at the Coliseum and I can report with my own eyes that Goff's arm is plenty enough strong for NFL standards.
It was also reported by the Rams coaches that Goff was immensely improved in his ability to call the play and get the offense lined up since OTAs ended.
Tremendous progress was made as they put it and as you may or may not know many rookie QBs struggle with calling the play at first.
Petros has been a cold bucket of water on anything Rams for sometime now.
