Does he prefer a pocket passer, or does he think he can "elevate" the Rams offense with a QB that can move, run and throw?
McVay is a thinker.....Always looking for a new wrinkle in his offense.
We all know he likes a SMART QB....A QB that can see the field and read a defense.....A guy like Stafford.
But, when he thinks about his future Rams Offense does he see a dual threat QB?
My money is on this thought........Next year the Rams will be taking care of the "future" Rams QB....How they do it, by draft or trade, I think McVay gets his next QB for sure......Don't think Burrow is out of reach either, the Bengals could be looking at QB's in the 2026 Draft that they really like.
