His yearly progression and watching the lights come on after trying to do too much his first years mattered to me.
Also, a note. There is something about a guy who has the opportunity to work with high caliber WRs. He has 3 NFL guys. Two of which are sophomores after being freshman phenoms. He'll have an opportunity to likely end up final four I'd bet.
So if he succeeds with expectations he could exactly have a Joe Burrow type year.
