People keep mentioning Payton, but there are several teams in dire need of quarterbacks that will probably have a higher pick than the Rams will be able to acquire. Unless Atlanta really tanks and has the worst record in football, you have to think that the first pick or two (or three or four) will be owned by teams that need a QB and won't want to be trading that pick.
Even so, with the draft picks they have, and the number of good QBs coming out, the Rams should have a shot at a future starter.
