because yes, every team says they got the guy they really wanted.
The thing that makes me think otherwise is the Rams will trade up if they really want a player. They could have relatively inexpensively moved up (assuming they could find a trading partner). I think if they had Taylor significantly higher on their board then they would have likely found a trade partner. Now would they have taken Ferguson over Taylor if bother there at 46? I certainly would have but I believe the Ram, at a minimum, had similar grades. And I am looking at it as the Rams got their guy... and if Taylor was there and not Ferguson, the Rams still would have gotten their guy. lol I think a TE was the target and I think they are very happy. And if the Rams are happy then I'm happy... usually.
