But to my eye, when he was in New England, it didn't appear altogether that was the case. Of course, "system" isn't probably a great piece of terminology.
Certainly, the traditional west coast system appears to have a routine, and also helps guys get in rhythm.
The talent level, or for sure, the offensive coaching system with Shanahan gave him a forum to work too.
Curious to see how he gets them in and out of the huddle and how much presnap motion is used in exhibition ball.
Also, dealing with Sean's incessant, and late play calls makes for stressors. Sure, Sean won't be calling X Ball games, but have to imagine that those live sessions with the Chargers, etc will provide some evidence of how he's enduring this aspect.
