He was graded the 17th best wide receiver as a run blocker. Never claimed he was a Robert Woods or a Kupp or a Puka. 17th best means he was a better graded blocker than 79 other starting WRs in the league.
He's played 2 years and he was injured for the majority of another season. Let's see if he can get ample playing time to prove if he belongs of not.
He only has had limited return opportunities, so failed means the Rams will never try him again, but you don't know that. You are just labeling him.
