Next season is a totally different matter. As it stands Kupp is a question mark, Robinson is a question mark Those are 2 spots that are above Tutu this season. A primary thing to look at is $'s....how much would he cost vs. alternatives? My bet would be cheaper. Being cheaper with proven results (when called upon) can be a big factor.
If Robinson has a good or better season he will be priced out IMO, Kupp at this point is year to year and his health is the only reason for that, but still makes it a not for sure thing. That sets up TuTu, who by next season would be a guy who knows the system and as shown makes plays when thrown to. Just because no one will be knocking the door down to get him does by no means prove he's not a good WR. You have Whittington in the wings, but right now he's a unknown factor.
You give Matthew his money, set up Jones, look at LT to get it long term, TuTu could be a high output, low cost guy next season.
