It is asking a question with incomplete data. Basically it is asking if the Rams should re-sign Tutu after this season. Those who answer this saying No, based on his first three seasons, I am totally fine with this.
However that is more like saying that Tutu shouldn't make the team this year. BUT he has another year to play. Will he shine or will he fade away? We shall see. I'm not declaring he will kick ass, I just hope he does. If the Rams move on from him next year, so be it.
