He'll bring fresh approach to new and old concepts. I expect he'll want to put his stamp on it (and start building his tree). I think Sean trusts him well enough to give him more freedom than your typical 1st year DC.

As long as everyone is on the same page with Coach Shula, I think he'll have a leg up on opposing offenses with no film on his work.
