Seriously, Snead engineered a flexible, adaptable, matrix of Plan B's going in.
Snead's job is to develop the roster that McVay wants. And that's a heavily nuanced and layered task. It's a collaboration between two forceful and unlike minds, within which Snead must take full responsibility for the decisions made and their outcomes, and operate without compromising McVay. It's a job I wouldn't envy, but one in which Snead's performance is brilliant.
