If you are a bad to average team, you want more picks
to shore up several positions to become at least a good team.
If you are a good to very good team attempting to be a Super Bowl team,
I think what you need, are "difference makers", and so you do not need many picks
just a few picks of players who would give you the edge in playoff games.
