The reason I wanted Wentz was that he can bring something to the table that Stafford could not (running game even when Stafford is healthy) plus he could also be more helpful on scout team. However it show me at least in my opinion that McVay prefers his backup QB to approximate what Stafford brings to the table way more than running qb plays and scout team prep. I can see that.
