Short answer from me is yes.
If you're playing man (lock), any deficiency gets you beat. Mental is first ... then fluidity (hips, feet, ankles) ... then speed.
Case in point ... he beats you off the line and his break surprises you ...
Next he's smooth out of his break (3 cone) and doesn't lose speed.
Then he accelerates to and through the ball (40 time)
That's a lot of ways to get beat.
Quinyon Mitchell may need seasoning on the LOS but he's not going to lose because he lacks physical attributes.
