Tutu was a pretty big swing and miss. Bet they never again go for a player this tiny.
The thing is, due to his small size, he cannot do the thing the Rams want of their contributing WRs.....he can't block for run plays or for each other.
And since he can neither return punts nor kick-offs, I just don't see him staying on the team for 2024.
To cut him would save the Rams $1.4 mil to the cap. May not sound like much, but its probably enough for most of a mid-level FAs first year salary on a cap friendly multi-year deal.
