Tutu did great when Kupp was out.
So the issue is more, why doesn't McVay use Tutu more? Especially on deep balls... we end up throwing deep balls to Puka and Cooper.
It's like having a 3 point shooter but having your star forward take all the 3's.
I'm not saying Tutu deserves a bigger role, and he is ultimately too small, but just seems like McVay uses the guys he's gonna use and never mixes things up.
Like, why not 2 TE's? Remember when we drafted Everett and thought, man with Higby, I think we are gonna copy the Patriots and dominate...

We still have a good offense, but not a great offense. Lots of room for improvement, nit just in the red zone.
