Goff is better today. His last year with the Rams he was not seeing open receivers. His stats remained good... the man has a great arm, very good accuracy..... but he wasn't taking full advantage of what was available; at times. Now to be honest... I'm not sure if that was Goff or McVay.... but highly suspect it was Goff.
As for today... if I am right about the above.... he has conquered it. He's more relaxed today, he's comfortable in Detroit's system. And in fact.... even though I don't give the Lions much of a chance today, I do think their best chance is riding on Goff's arm. He's got good help, no question about it.... but if they are going to upset the Niners today I think it will be Goff that leads the way. - JamesJM
