The Kickers? I put that experiment on Management. We had a kicker we could have paid if we didn't have a backup making starters money at LT. Writing that was seen on the wall some years ago.
Speaking of... The writing has been on the wall regarding Higbee for some years as well. Signing him to an extension because he's a player the Staff was comfortable with, rather than upgrading him even with players already on the roster was a mistake. We could have gotten those same weak numbers from Hopkins at receiver, and Higbees blocking left a lot to be desired as well. Not crazy that he keeps appearing on lists like this and we're stuck with him and his contract for another year.
