I mean we disagree about football
It's just not that serious... it is fun to exchange thoughts about it... and thats what we are doing
I stand by my point there is a great disbalance in his record against both Lafluer and Shanahan and further when the McVay has faced them often the games aren't even competitive
I'd like to see McVay be better in those games and guess what... the Packers have bounced back and the 49ers aren't going anywhere so he has a chance to change it
I wish I knew why Shanny is so dominant against McVay. It's about as dominant as it can be. lol
I just don't think that dominance make Shanny a better HC than McVay. To truly make that judgement, IMO, you have to take a look at each coaches entire record against everyone else too.
Having said that, all I know is that McVay has more SB wins that Shanny. Shanny can have all the in season wins he wants as long as McVay gets the W when it counts!
Either way, we are nitpicking over a "label" of whether or not McVay is "Elite" or "very very good" and I am ok with McVay carrying either label.
BTW, who would you rank ahead of McVay against all previous Rams HC's? I have him at #1.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
