McVay has put the Rams Organization on his back since the day he was hired as HC.

Our Rams actually looked at a 30 year old kid/man and asked him to become the youngest HC in the NFL.

Imagine that, the Rams who continually year after year hired re-tread coaches and staffs, the good ol' boy network......They decided to go outside of the box and do something different with a kid named McVay......Man, this HC has been the best thing to happen in my 60 years of Ram Football.

Best thing about McVay is he keeps working his craft and is always looking for another edge, another way to make the team better....It's a gift from above....His energy, his drive, his ability to work with people.
