Had CLE not had the nonstop issues I'd say that McVay is in the conversation along with a couple of guys, and a few will get votes of course. But I will also add that isn't just the HC, it's the entire staff. And players too.

And in the Browns case it's a truly tight knit group.

So with me putting that in writing for the third or fourth time I will say that I wouldn't bet against either of them right now.
