Titans are 5-9 and in last place in the crappy AFC South behind three teams that are all 8-6. They have already been eliminated from playoff contention and have nothing to play for except pride.
Steelers are 7-7 and in last place in the AFC North. The can't win their division but could still make the playoffs. They have to pass three teams that are currently 8-6 and will likely be eliminated if they lose at home to the Bengals on Saturday. (The Bengals are currently 2.5 point favorites.)
The Cardinals are 3-11 and in last place in the NFC West. They have already been eliminated from playoff contention. Maybe they take this Division game seriously. Or maybe they are already looking forward to the draft ...
If the Seahawks win out and the Rams go 2-1 the tie breaker the Rams hold won't matter: the 'hawks will be 10-7 and the Rams will be 9-8.
The Rams could still get the final playoff spot, though, if the Rams pass the Vikings and hold off the Packers. (Once scenario for that: Vikings lose both games to the Lions and beat the Packers. That would leave the Vikings at 8-9 and the Packers with an 8-9 record at best.)
Thinking this is our best shot.
Packers lose 1 more and vikings lose 2.
However, Lions with one more win have their spot locked up at #3 and could rest starters the last game. But more likely they will still be playing for the #2 spot.
