What I think, if Morris gets another opportunity, it will likely be like the last one- he'll be in a pool of candidates, and it will be a long, drawn out interview and decision making process. On the flip, any team poaching Pleasant or Henderson will do a hit and run in the middle of the night, early on the post season.
