Ya, when Stafford dropped that ball in there after checking out of the playcall, I was excited. When Puca grabbed it, I nodded in expectation. But when he took off, dusting those guys, I was kind of in disbelief. The guy is known for his hard running, but never a speedster, and he just roasted NFL defensive backs. Our 5th round pick. I still can't get my head around it sometimes, that we found this guy, and what a good person he is on top of it. Just a special player, outperforming himself every week. He's gonna be something when he gets it all figured out.
And his love of playing the game is off the charts. Truly elite, even when among the best of the best. Very infectious and inspiring, I might add.
One easy kid to root for, that’s for sure.
