Some guys who are notoriously slow out of the blocks are fast when they get it moving. Usain Bolt comes to mind. For game speed vs. forty speed, so does Larry Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald ran a 4.63 at the combine and later a 4.46 at his pro day. Jupp ran a 4.6 and runs fast enough, as measured by a speedo in game time.
