Spoken like a boss, RR. Most of these QBs coming out of college are so closely rated when it comes to talent. I do see Caleb Williams as a large tier higher than the field but I wouldn’t take him because he seems soft mentality-wise.
But since QBs are so near to being even, I think you need three things in them: athleticism (get out of their own way), arm strength/skill, and intelligence.
From the team you need a balanced culture of building up and challenge and deep insight into the position.
I think most of these failures or shortfalls are due to the team’s role.
