he’s a fist read QB and with Detroit right now just like in 2018 his first read is almost always wide open. I mean wide open. Johnson is essentially setting the table for him just like McVay did. Just like that Rams team he has weapons all over the place a DOMINANT EXPLOSIVE RUN GAME that the passing game is built around. McVay should give Stafford some of that!!!
Short passes, quick passes … get rid of the ball quickly even with a very good oline. His line is more talented than the one he had with the Rams in 2017 and 2018 too
Everything based off of play action just like it was with the Rams. No drop back game. That is when the defense knows they are passing how successful is he? Watch the games remove the fact like you like him personally
He’s the exact same QB he’s always been. Don’t worry when they play the Eagles and or 49ers in the playoffs you’ll blame the coaching or the team around him just like you did with the Rams.
But people who know football and actually watch him know what’s up. He is not elite. He’s functioning within a system not driving it. Just like… Brock Purdy
