Going on this info, from your post earlier in this thread: "Per a source with knowledge of the terms, he’ll get the prorated veteran minimum plus a signing bonus of $150,000." ...
... and some info on Spotrac [
www.spotrac.com] that makes me think his annual vet minimum is $1.165M
A full season at $1.165M would be paid out on 18 equal installments of approximately $64,722.22. With 9 weeks of the season gone I'd say 'the prorated veteran minimum' means that amount each week for the final 9 weeks of the season (which includes the bye week). That comes to $582,500 - as expected, exactly half the vet minimum for a player with his years of service.
Add the signing bonus in and his cap hit should be $732,500 for this season.
My go-to site - overthecap.com - doesn't have any info on Wentz' contract yet. I'll be on the lookout for it & post an update when they report it.
Well done my friend!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
