We're all biased in some way or another. No one is immune-why would a football referee be any different. However, intentionally making a bad call in order to somehow influence a result is a totally different animal. But unless you have actual hard evidence it's impossible to determine "intent". There are still fans in New Orleans who believe the game was fixed where the Rams benefited from a no-call pass interference penalty in the endzone. Indeed it was a bad call but was it intentional? Only the shadow knows !
