Always dinged and really struggles to consistently catch the ball. That other TE Hopkins must just be crap after all the praise McVay was throwing around all off season, it must be hyperbole. That how we find out who is worth keeping by taking up a slot with a player that has done nothing? I don't have a beef with Hopkins I think he could be better than Higbee but like the old Friends of ... that floated for years on this board its like McVay has too many friends on this team and we need players.
How we stand for it and then so easily pivot to a reasoning that somehow makes it all okay and allows us to feel everything is alright in the world. This team feels rudderless.
