Burns is 25....Miller was on the back end of his career.

Maybe Burns wants to win.....Plus, Rams can "structure" his contract to be team friendly.

Rams are 3-3......Playoffs, I'm saying the Rams are not an easy out, they can score and defense is pretty darn solid.

Rams wanted him a couple years ago, this could be a win/win for both sides of the coin.
