As for me...

I've never gone into any season since becoming a fan where I was not thinking 'playoffs'... no matter how unlikely.

I'm actually undecided on both Kendricks and Hoecht.... while fully recognizing the flaws you point out. This season is far more different than any I recall in the past... one in which there are so many new players having to somehow form a 'team', being untested and definitely in the beginning stages of progress, (if they do progress).

Take Kendricks for example... first, those penalties are giving me fits. If you think YOU have gotten upset by them you should see what my reactions were. At the same time... I'm wondering if the penalties are actually somewhat of a 'good sign' of a player in development? Seems to me that is one of those highly coachable flaws. No idea if he can learn and improve but easy for me to hope he's got the 'stuff' to do just that. - JamesJM
