... he's slow. He only runs a 4.6. Therefore he has no game speed and can't bust a run of 15 - 20 yards. The 40 time proves it.
Never mind that his 40 time is right there in the same range as Cooper Kupp, and CK's clocked mph speed running the football is plenty fast, faster than his 40 time would indicate, and never mind what our eyes tell us when we watch these players play football, 4.6 is slow.
According to Les Snead the 40 time can be a false read if other factors are in place, and can cause good football players to fall in ther draft - where he can pick them up.
But I keep forgetting: Snead doesn't know how to draft, either.
