when three players(Donald, Kupp, Stafford) eat up a ton of cap space and then you add trades/ free agents like Ramsey, Von, etc...it didn't leave alot of room to keep some of our draft picks...
but, there are still alot of players playing in the NFL that were drafted by the Rams since 2017 that are starting on other teams these days....I would say the Rams are near the top of the league as far as drafting players since 2017 that are still in the NFL....
Only about 15% of draft picks get second contracts with the team that drafted them and that is including 1-2 rounders which the Rams haven't had a ton of over the years...zero first round picks since 2016
