McVay is a gifted HC who does many things well. The best HC Rams have had since at least Vermeil and maybe ever.

McVay can be stubborn and has inexplicable blind spots that puzzle Ram fans when he goes off the rails.

I don’t think there’s any question that both those statements are true.
