I expected the 2023 Rams to be even worse than the 2022 Rams. They went into the offseason without a first round pick and serious salary cap issues. They had to let some good players sign with other teams. I have been pleasantly surprised that they hit on some good players in the draft, young players have improved, and players that struggled have rebounded.
