IMHO Stafford does do that... but I don't think it will happen with Kupp... although it may very well happen in this next game being Kupp's first game.
I would think McVay should use Kupp sparingly... small steps.... BUT... I don't think McVay works that way... if a player is cleared I think McVay considers said player 100% ready. So we'll see. - JamesJM
